Aim of work - determination the optimal working to the trim that provides the most economy of fuel during exploitation of ship; perfection of design techniques of form of corps of small speed ships, taking into account the requirements of general durability; development of methods of planning of transport ships is taking into account expediency of the use of different criteria of optimization. Research methods are a mathematical design, methods of probability and statistical analysis, model and model experiment. Dependence is certain between a working trim and resistance of water motive ships, that is individual description of every ship and is by model examinations, this methodology is tested during exploitation of ship for "Eagle Tucson". During exploitation of all types of ships there is a problem of generuting, collection, storage and next processing of technological effluents. Considered question of separation of such waters the products of petrochemistry are mainly included in composition of that. The considered influence of form of the transversal crossing of corps of small flyboat, and also constructions of corps of ships of these types, is on providing of general durability of corps during deformation that makes a reservation international normative documents taking into account a damage as "racking". As a result of undertaken studies dependences are offered for the criteria of optimization of transport ships of some types from operating speed, distance of swimming and deadweight.
