Were first determined variants of pancreatic dysfunction (hyperpancreatism, hypopancreatism, dispancreatism) and the frequency of their occurrence in rats under the influence of various exogenous harmful factors on the system mother-fetus (hyper- and hypocaloric diet and chronic stress). For the first time, a comparative analysis of the characteristics of the morphofunctional state of the exocrine and endocrine parts of pancreas of rat mothers and their offspring of different ages (newborn, one- and two-month) and it is shown that rats, like their mothers, there are expressed violations of the morphology and function of the pancreas which not only saved, but has intensified, during the first two months of postnatal life despite physiological condition of existence and balanced nutrition. For the first time, a comparative analysis of the influence of unhealthy diet and chronic stress on the characteristics of the morphofunctional state of rat pancreas mothers and their offspring, and revealed that the most expressed changes in the morphology and function of the pancreas causes unbalanced diet deficient feeder-substances.
