The purpose of work: study of psoriasis and cardiometabolic violations comorbidity aimed to elaboration and conducting good pathogenetically relevant therapy. Methods of study: clinical, biochemical, questionnaire, mathematical. The clinical and laboratory examination on 263 psoriatic patients was studied and 206 of them showed cardiometabolic disorders and metabolic syndrome. Comorbidity of psoriasis and metabolic syndrome was performed in 58 patients. Study of association of cardiometabolic disorders with psoriasis was conducted in 205 patients. The rational therapy of psoriatic patients considering comorbidity with cardiometabolic disorders was founded,elaborated and introduced. The medical, social and economical effectiveness of proposed metabolic therapy were studied.
