The target of natMo, 12 g total weight, represented a set of metal discs with a diameter of 8 mm, 0.2 mm thickness, threaded on the molybdenum axle. Irradiation of target for 99Mo production continued 187 hours, energy and average current of electrons were 26 MeV and 450 mA, respectively. The integral radiation dose on the target was about 187 Mrad. Activity of producted 99Mo nuclei in 100Mo(gamma, n)99Mo reaction was 0.34 mCi by the end of exposure. Measurement of induced activity was conducted using coaxial HPGe-detector Canberra GC1818, with energy resolution of 1.8 keV at 60Co lines. Along with 99Mo in targets also were formed and identified other radioactive isotopes such as 88Zr, 91mNb, 92mNb, 95mNb, 95Nb, 96Nb, 99mTc. After holding in the accelerator bunker irradiated target was transported to the radiochemical site, where dissolving of the samples in hydrogen peroxide and extraction of technetium were carried out . As a result, the extraction of 99m,gTc was conducted and samples of sodium pertechnetate Na99m,gTcO4 were obtained. Thus, the coefficient of extraction was 39%.
