The range of odontopathogenic microflora in patients with inflammatory diseases of dentoalveolar apparatus has been studied. It has been determined that the presence of polymorphic allele G of TLR4 gene in genotype of individuals with coronary artery atherosclerotic changes determines an increased contamination of tissues of atherosclerotic plaque by representatives of parodontopathogenic microflora. The suppression of parodontopathogenic microflora in the complex therapy with Lactobacilli medications "Lisobakt" and "Lacidofil" in patients with chronic catarrhal gingivitis has been detected. The distribution of frequencies of genotypes and alleles of TLR2, TLR4, KLK-4 and MMP-20 genes and their effect on the clinical course and immunological parameters of patients with coronary artery disease and HIV-infected patients against the background of periodontal diseases, the development of odontogenic abscesses and in patients with increased tooth abrasion have been studied. The high potential of therapeutic efficacy of strontium hydroxyapatite nanoparticles to increase the density of enamel and improve its strength in abrasion of teeth has been detected.
