Dependencies of water depth in the model drop sewer manhole and in the outlet pipe versus the flow discharge are obtained; these results were recalculated to natural conditions. It was found that at the design sewage flow discharge of 6 cu m/s the water depth in the real drop sewer manhole with a diameter of 3 m will be 3.7 (+/- 0.15) m, i.e., drop manhole with height of 4.6 m will not be overflowed.
