Object of study - explosive phenomena working environment, which are objects of storage, processing and use of grain and prevent dangerous effects on personnel. Purpose of the study - explosion enterprises storage, processing and use of the grain. Research methods - in the applied research, the method of analysis of technological deviations during the study dangers that may arise in case of violation of technical specifications for enterprise storage, processing and use of grain; failure analysis method enterprises technological equipment storage, processing and use of corn during the study of the effects of failure of individual units, systems and devices; method of mathematical modeling in the study of the stability parameters of elements of process equipment to excessive pressure air blast; method of constructing a "tree of events" in the study of possible accidents (accidents) in enterprises storage, processing and use of grain based systems effectiveness against damaging factors of production safety air blast. During the study, to achieve a goal is made specific tasks: - analyzes the conditions and factors that determine the degree of occupational risk business storage, processing and use of grain food industries; - existing modeling action air blast on structural elements and process equipment manufacturing facilities storage, processing and use of grain; - experimental study of the stability parameters of elements of process equipment from exposure to excessive pressure air blast and reasonable results; - improved stability evaluation method of production elements object storage, processing and use of grain to the effects of damaging factors air blast; - assessed the extent and implications of possible explosions in enterprises storage, processing and use of grain food industries; - developed evidence-based recommendations for improving the production facilities explosion storage, processing and use of the grain. The practical significance of the results is that the proposed method, special software and recommendations to improve the stability of elements of industrial facilities storage, processing and use of grain to the effects of damaging factors air blast enable: - sufficiently and thoroughly identify threats at business storage, processing and use of grain for the factor of explosions and possible extent and consequences of accidents (accidents) at work; - increase the efficiency and quality of planning preventive measures to minimize the risk of explosive phenomena in enterprises storage, processing and use of grain; - scientifically substantiated organize typical processes for mitigation of explosive effects on business storage, processing and use of the grain, which increases their effectiveness. The obtained results can be used to improve instruments (regulations, procedures, instructions, etc.) for explosion protection and improvement of working conditions of production personnel in enterprises storage, processing and use of grain agriculture, as well as companies in other industries.
