The objective was to determine the growth properties of culture media and to establish the possibility of their use for cultivation and identification of different groups of microorganisms. Research methods: microbiological, scientific analysis. The сheck of the culture media growth properties was performed by making appropriate dilutions of those or other vegetative cells (one media portion was inoculated with one strain of test microorganism) or the spores suspension in a liquid medium or by applying them to the surface of a dense environment pipette with subsequent uniform distribution of the material with a spatula. Comparison of growth of different test microorganisms strains in test media and appropriate previously proven ones gives the opportunity to judge the title properties of nutritional media.
