The mixture consists of "bulk" water, aggregates of nanotubes, layer of water at the surface of nanoparticles and water in nanotubes. It is proved that the method for determining magnetic nanoparticle size with a help of small-angle neutron scattering, fluid carrier should be as deuterated as possible and particles should be monodisperse. We worked out the method of analysis of the impact of radiation exposure on phase transitions in liquid systems. It was shown that the addition of ions in heterogeneous critical fluid leads to an increase in the critical temperature, the increase amplitude of symmetric and asymmetric terms of coexistence curve equation and viscosity of the systems.
