The features of mathematical model are investigated, which allowed to implement its decomposition on the problem of partitioning the area, taking into account its spatial form and task of laying tracks in it. Due to the great dimension of problems and systems of restriction, each task is presented as interconnected problems of partition and tracing in 2D. Mathematical model and method for partitioning the objects are mutually orthogonal straight at given parity of their planes. It is adapted the model and method of optimal tracing a network of tracks in the flat area, which provides the connectivity of each sub domain. The proposed method to tracing takes into account metric characteristics of the tracks. It should be noted that each of the above challenges has its own independent practical value. In relation to the high-rise buildings computer simulations are carried out to estimate the partition of tracing evacuation routes. To define the metric characteristics of the tracks it is made the simulation of the human flows movement with the rated flow density using Petri nets.
