It is analyzed methods for assessing emission level of traffic flow, evaluation methods of concentration of harmful substances in the air of roadside environment, methods of determining the level of noise traffic flows and information systems are based on these methods and techniques. It is developed the method of estimation parametric and ingredient pollution of roadside environment by traffic flow, which allows to determine the mass emissions and the content of main harmful components that are emitted with the exhaust gases of vehicles in the air of roadside environment and the predicted equivalent noise level of traffic flows depending on the composition of traffic flow based on category and weight of vehicles, their age composition, environmental classes, type of fuel used, mode of movement of the car, the driver selects on a stretch of road, depending on road conditions and factors environmental influences on the distribution of pollutants. It is developed the information system monitoring of roadside environment pollution, based on the Google Maps GIS, using which, the influence of traffic characteristics, road and weather conditions at the level of ecological safety of roadside environment is investigated and recommendations to reduce the parametric and ingredient pollution of roadside environment by traffic is developed.
