Romodanov NAMS of Ukraine'' popup.description2 The methods of research of the high-frequency electric welding of biological tissues (EWBT), which differs minimization of destructive action of electric current at connection or disconnection of living tissues, were studied. Application of the high-frequency welding (parameters are: tension 24-30 In, strength of current - to 0,3 And, frequency - 66,0 kGc, display - to 1,0 c) during dissektion of dura mater (DM) allows to avoid bleeding. Application of the modified generator EK-300М1 (tension 20-22 In, strength of current - to 0,2 And, display - 1-2с, frequency of initial high-frequency signal - 66 kGc) it is possible for the connections edges of DM for rats, as compared to a base generator. In theory efficiency of application of EWBT is grounded at manipulations on the hard brain-tunic of cerebrum. The modes of the high-frequency electric welding are certain. Efficiency of the directed influencing of electro-thermal denaturation of proteins (electric welding) is grounded on a hard brain-tunic (in an experiment). Found out corellation of technical descriptions and morphological signs of area welding which testify to theoretical possibility of the electric welding of biological tissues for optimization of the certain stages of neuro-surgical operations. Descriptions of area of forming of the "welded" stitches are studied: area of coagulation - necrosis, expressiveness of signs of inflammation, stages of regeneration of tissues, synthesis of fibres, formation of granulations. Grounded necessity of subsequent study of processes of closeness and possibility of connection of surfaces which was subject welding, descriptions and dynamics of terms of origin, tissue connection with the estimation of features of reparation angiogenesis and remodeling vessels round the line of the welded stitch and descriptions actually areas of scar of different structures and tissues of cerebrum.
