The archeographic and heuristic research of sources in the state region archives of Odessa, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhitomir, Kharkiv and Uzhhorod about the Middle East diasporas in Ukraine was provided. Statistic and quality data was and collected during interviews with officials of public administration and representatives of the Middle Eastern diasporas. The problems and the current state of Middle East origin communities was researched using methods of visual and cultural anthropology. The quantity and quality data of the Middle Eastern diasporas in Kyiv for the period 1914-2014 years was analyzed and systematized. Thе assessment of the interaction between government, communities and organizations of national minorities to help IDPs was performed. The origins of conservatism representatives of Middle Eastern diasporas were revealed. A number of features of formation of Middle Eastern diasporas in Ukraine were discovered.
