The research is aimed at study of the mechanism of the left ventricular failure development according to dynamic characteristics of the myocardium. Notwithstanding the long history of heart failure study, the approaches to its estimation and diagnosis remain scattered and fragmentary. Many cardiovascular diseases are clinically recognized only by manifesting the pumping heart failure, whilst the complex mechanisms of compensation related to the realignment of intracardiac hemodynamics are defined much earlier. Unfortunately, even considerable successes in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases, complicated by heart failure, notably cardiomyopathy, do not lead to decrease in mortality. Heart failure remains the major cause of death among the population to date, and no tendency to its decrease has been observed yet. A detailed study of the structure of cardiomyopathy pathogenesis in the light of the novel representation of the human heart structure may help to understand the reasons for the development of these diseases. Study of the mechanisms of heart failure development will get positive hemodynamic and clinical effects in heart failure therapy, enabling to reduce significantly the drug load on patients, frequency of hospitalizations, as well as to improve quality of life and low the estimate cost of treatment.
