The next step was to collect and analyze information materials. Based on these data and the long-term observations have a chronological character analytically processed and published the results in a systematic chronological certain systematic report - information materials on national and international legal instruments on outer space activities, arranged in chronological order and classified according to directions. Also, using the empirical method of research - observation, as well as analysis and synthesis, information prepared reviews of international events in the space sector, which resulted in the publication of reports and background materials. Collected information materials analyzed, systematized information and referral arrays prepared scientific and technical literature on the establishment and development of rocketry in Ukraine. The research process was accompanied by certain aspects of the use of purely historical method, as well as chronological, historical and comparative, analytical, descriptive, in the process of research yielded results in the form of electronic created systematized information and analytical databases. Degree of implementation: - published 2 information and analytical report, released 2 issue of the review, created and filled with 3 systematized database created 100 sets of presentation products. The results of the research have been implemented while ensuring activities of international cooperation in space.
