The Scope of Work for creating the information Internet-portal was developed; this is the key document regulating the procedure for establishment and development of the web-resource, as well as requirements to it; conceptual, logical and physical designing of the resource was conducted; the design and software code was developed. On the basis of world experience, the online resource focused of cancer was created by systematizing, analyzing, and summarizing current scientific and clinical data regarding diagnosis, treatment and primary prevention of breast cancer structural; sections of the Internet-portal have been filled with adapted relevant information. The web-portal will help raise awareness about breast cancer among the wide public, increase the degree of motivated cancer alertness, and increase the incidence of timely treatment in specialized medical institutions and the formation of healthy lifestyle.
