Main research methods are analyze, physical modeling, full-scale experiment. There is developed the technological process of melting multicomponent monotectic alloys on copper base with fine-dispersed drops of emulsion under electromagnetic action in in-duction crucible furnace. It is defined the conditions of disintegration and cooling of Cu-FeCrC melts for producing wear-resistant powders obtained by impact scattering of melt stream. Also, the physical properties of powders are determined. There are developed the principal schemes and mock-up models of small-sized electron de-vices for nondestructive testing of electric conductivity, magnetic phase content, and struc-tural & phase state of alloys.
