Work aimed at improving the properties of the resource alloy castings, which depend on the content of nonmetallic inclusions, porosity and structure. Work has focused on improving the structure of the cast material by its physical (electromagnetic stirring) and reagent modification. Was obtained master alloy Al-Zr with intermetallic inclusions Al3Zr (5 wt%. Zr) and forms a compact size of approximately 5 microns, which was used for the modification the alloy. The combination of the reagent and physical modification was obtained without dendritic cell structure VAL10 type alloy, which is a prerequisite for improving objective resource properties: tensile strength, ductility, corrosion resistance and fatigue strength.
