Kavetsky Institute of Experimental Pathology, Oncology and Radiobiology popup.description2 The laboratory technologies for lipid-carbon, polyhexamethylene guanidine- and silver-containing composites based on domestic fibrous carbon materials AUVM- "Dnepr"–MN have been developed to provide a significant increasing their antimicrobial activity against gram-positive and gram-negative pathogens of the wound infection and preserve much of the adsorptive capacity in relation to substances of different molecular weight, hydrophilic and hydrophobic nature. The methods for composites preparing have been patented. The technological process to obtain the suppositories on the hydrophilic and hydrophobic basis, containing 10% carbon sorbent powder, have been developed and their official forms that meet the requirements of the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine have been create. The promising method to promote the regeneration of wound after non-full depth burn in 1,5-1,7 times has been developed. It is based on the application of adsorptive carbon dressings in the early period after trauma and is especially important for treatment of everyday burns in children at the stage of first premedical aid.
