At a given stage the work purpose is to develop methodic support for establishing priority of projects, information and analytical support for analyzing the efficiency of rocket and space technology products. The research methods are systems analysis, mathematical modeling, numerical methods, optimization techniques, multidimensional statistical analysis, information and analytical methods. The results obtained. Modules of a mathematical model of a solid launch vehicle (LV) for determination of power, dimension-mass characteristics of the basic subsystems, elements and the LV as a whole as well as a module and a generalized algorithm for determination of gas dynamic parameters of the combustion products flows through channel of a solid-propellant charge are developed. A criterion of the quality for systems of autoregression equations with random coefficients under indeterminate conditions on models structure, which increases the efficiency of simulation of rocket and space technology (RST) products from their functioning results, is found. Based on a cognitive paradigm of limiting generalizations, a new conceptual basis for smart technologies of monitoring and controlling complex systems, which provides a maximum brief description of dynamics and progress of difficult situations, including critical situations, say, failures of fragments of the control system is developed. The system of mathematical models for calculations of a desired useful effect from applications of RST under development is developed considering risks associated with high-indeterminate predicted data. The basis for mathematical models comprises an analytical link of the value of the desired useful effect from values of tactical and technical characteristics of RST under development and mathematical models of an indeterminate form built by the theory of blurred sets. A method of classification of orbits on the level of the probability of a collision between a given spacecraft and space debris is proposed evaluating the amount of actions avoiding a collision with spacecraft in the launch schedule. A methodic support for decision-making systems for problems of priority in scientific and technical projects is worked out for forming target-oriented programs. The world's trends in space activities, launch services market, space transportation systems, space communication systems and Earth remote observation systems are analyzed and established.
