It made it possible to determine some branch-specific factors,which make influence to the emergence of corporate conflicts. It was elaborated the classification of the main forms of corporate conflicts in the banking sector, including the most important two of them: proprietary and "principal-agent" conflicts. The determined prerequisites and consequences of each form of conflict allowed to construct some grounded mechanisms of the banking corporate conflicts regulation.
