A concept is entered by us "financial civilization" not only constituted in the modern thinking but also became the article of active research. We interpret money as a psychic of social communications, that is why as a methodological vehicle of research communicative practical philosophy is select. On such approach money appear as a system of communicative actions, that renders powerful influence the maintenance on behavior of separate individuals, task forces and society on the whole. Understanding of mechanisms of this influence is a necessary condition for correct interpretation of motivation of actions of people, understanding of interdependence of their interests, exposure of inherent to them stereotypes of perception of social reality, determination of level them informative material well-being in the field of economic activity.
