Research methods - evaluation of finished product weight fraction of processed raw materials and prediction of gemstone raw material value. The main industrial-genetic types of beryl, topaz and quartz deposits and crystal-morphological features of beryl, topaz, quartz chamber pegmatites of Volodarsk-Volynskyi deposit are described. The technological-mineralogical characteristics of raw gemstone material usage in jewelry industry and factors that affect the finished product weight fraction are determined. The generalization of methodological approach to predicting value of raw gemstone material is conducted. The project of regulations is developed for expert evaluation of raw gemstone material from Ukrainian deposits by the example of beryl, topaz, quartz mineral groups from Volodarsk-Volynskyi deposit. The results will be used for the gemological examination and quality evaluation of raw gemstone material, making-up price-lists of raw gemstone material value and the development of the technical regulations for raw gemstone material evaluation.
