Analytical relations for the optical conductivity of spherical metal nanoparticles and calculations of reflection and absorption coefficients are received. Formulas are obtained, the model and a numerical calculation program of tunnel CVC heterostructures are developed, calculations are performed. An iteration scheme and the calculation program in the framework of density functional theory and the Kohn - Sham self-consistent electron and positron profiles and energy spectra in metal nanoplates are performed. The results of research are introduced in the educational process and publications. The forward-looking assumptions for the development of research facilities - the application in the development of advanced optical technology, nano- and pico electronics.
