Purpose of research: methodical system of education and training of future engineers - teachers discipline "Fundamentals of energy and resource conservation." Due to the aggravation of the energy crisis in the world and our country, which is caused by intense depletion of energy resources of the planet, the problem is extremely important energy saving and energy efficiency. In 1994, the Law of Ukraine "On energy saving" which defined the need for education in all walks of life saving treatment to the use of energy resources. Effective solution to any problem is based on two main factors providing informational and staffing. Article seventh the Act specifies that knowledge in the areas of energy conservation and ecology are mandatory for all officials involved in the use of energy resources and requires schools to include curricula relevant courses on energy efficiency. The aim is theoretical foundation, development and experimental verification of methodical system of education and training of future engineering and teachers in the field of energy and resource conservation. As a result of research developed a new concept of scientific and educational training and engineering and teaching staff in the field of energy and resource conservation, developed the training program and methodological support created like universal laboratory facilities.
