Purpose of work is improving the efficiency of microprocessor control systems processes high-quality laser welding of thin-walled structures by developing the theory, methods, multi-functional, highly reliable component models of local subsystems specialized laser processing equipment. There are developed: shape-sign models, the multicriteria analysis method, the method of imaging the reserve, the method of reducing the amount of data bases for design of the basic components of microprocessor control systems for the main parameters; the mathematical model of the configuration of laser radiation; methodology of establishing the optimal parameters for qualitative laser welding of the thin-walled stainless steel constructions. The results of scientific research are inculcated in industry of Ukraine and in the educational process of CHDTU.
