It has given the chance to lower their strengths, to provide their temperature stability up to 1000оС, and guarantee zirconium protection under them against catastrophic oxidation to Т = 1100оС, and dots not allow occurrence of vapor-zirconium reaction and its catastrophic development (Fukusima scenario). The considerable attention is given for coating geometry. It is shown, that transition from monolayers to multilayered architecture, with arrangement of softer layers between firm stratums, essentially reduces level of interior stresses in coatings, refines their plasticity and corrosion resistance , and also reliability and durability of the protecting layers on zirconium alloys as a whole. As a result of the executed works it is shown real possibility of synthesis of barrier layers on zirconium alloys, parameters of process and barrier construction on purpose of nonadmission uncontrolled development of failure under the Fukusima scenario on an extent of not less 3600 second (instead of 3-10 second in real condition) at losses of the heat transfer agent in reactors of WWR type reactor that will give the chance to operation personnel to realize protective operations of a reactor.
