The purpose of research - elaboration of theoretical and methodological foundations of humanization of public service in Ukraine, scientific and practical recommendations on minimization of the institutional risks for development of public service. Research methods. For achievement of the research purpose were used methodological and theoretical approaches, general scientific and special methods and technology of scientific knowledge in the sphere of public administration, in particular: the abstract-logical (theoretical and methodological generalization functioning of system of professional training of civil servants in Ukraine and formation of appropriate conclusions); analysis and synthesis; comparative (for analysis of foreign experience for the possibility of its application in Ukraine); illustration (for illustrative of dynamics on statistical and operational data for humanization of public service); modeling; functional analysis; logical and structural. Results and their newness: As a result of research achieved the following results: - analyzed of theoretical and methodological foundations of the public cervice humanization paradigm; - detected of humanization methodology influence on contents of public and administrative activity; - disclosed of sociocultural characteristics of public service work in terms of institutional transformation and investigated institutional changes in the public service; - systematized moral and ethical foundations and tools of the public influence on formation and development of the public service in Ukraine; - generalized approaches to consider of humanization in the system of professional training for public officials and proposed directions directions of its development under conditions of changes of state-society relations; - prepared manuscript of a collective monograph on research "Humanization of public service in Ukraine: scientific and practical bases".
