The purpose of research: scientific and methodical substantiation and formation approaches and models of innovative development management at the local level. Creation of complex scientific and applied provisions and recommendations for the practical implementation of scientific results for state and local governments activities in Ukraine. Research methods. The research was conducted by using general scientific methods of theoretical and empirical investigation, experimental methods, in particular, systematic approach, and also methods of analysis and synthesis, benchmarking, classification, formalization, modeling, polls, questioning etc. Results and their newness: complex of scientific and applied provisions and models developed for practical implementation of innovative development system at the local level based on conceptions of the strategic and crisis management, triple helix model, intermunicipal cooperation, conceptions of knowledge management, social responsibility, crowdsourcing etc., and also in practice of drafting of the strategies and projects of local and regional development; taken part in around 30 communication measures on topics relevant to the research topics, in particular, in the implementation of 6 international projects, in sessions of the Committee of Implementation Management Strategic Plan Development of Dnipropetrovsk to 2020; organized and conducted scientific and practical conference with international participation "Management of innovation development of territory"; published 69 scientific papers based on research findings, in particular, scientific product - 1, monograph - 1, materials for scientific report "Local government in Ukraine: current state and main trends of modernization" 3, scientific publications - 24, methodological developments - 6, theses of reports - 33; other scientific articles 1. prepared and defended 1 thesis for the degree of PhD in public administration, specialty 25.00.04 local government; obtained scientific results used in educational process, in particular: 1. for training masters of the specialty "Public Administration" (disciplines "Municipal Management", "Strategic Planning", "Crisis Management", "Project Management", "Forecasting of territory development"); 2. for training project and program managers of the specialty"Projects Management" (disciplines "Specific kinds of projects of public administration", "Strategic and crisis management"); 3. during the training of civil servants and local government officials on the subject of strategic planning, project management, preparation of projects for grants, organizational culture, quality management etc.; 4. during the distance training of local government officials on the subject of project management of local and regional development with the use e-platform "Community of Practitioners: innovations in Local Government" within the project DESPRO; 5. during the participation in the seminar for lecturers of the innovation cycle in the higher educational institutions in the region, organized by the Prydneprovsk Research Center of NAS and MES of Ukraine.
