Purpose - to provide a method for testing and treatment polyfrequency vibrostabilization welded frame structures after welding to reduce the residual stresses. Research methods - experimental treatment for vibrostabilization welded frame structures using vibration polyfrequency complexes and vibration measurement equipment. The technique and tested method vibrostabilization processing welded frame structures to reduce the residual stresses arising after welding. As a result, it found that the vibration polyfrequency treatment of welded frame structures using vibration polyfrequency complex allows them to reduce the residual stresses and 1.5 - 1.7 times increase the effectiveness of technology in comparison and monogarmonic regime vibrostabilization processing. The research results were used in the selection of effective parameters and modes of processing vibrostabilization welded frame structures.
