In terms of the present considerable attention at the national level the government paid to preparing the country for the European Football Championship "Euro 2012". Yes, there is an urgent need for construction of new and reconstruction of existing sports facilities - stadiums in cities where football matches expected "Euro-2012", namely: Kiev, Lviv, Donetsk and Kharkiv. Construction of new and reconstruction of existing stadiums necessitates conducting these works on modern technical level that meets safety of spectators. Object of study - the method of calculating time evacuation of the Lviv stadium. Purpose - to develop methodologies timing evacuation of the upper and lower tiers in the safe zone, the analysis of technical documentation Lviv stadium and offered suggestions for further improving the process of evacuation. Method research - a synthesis of information-analytical and systematic analysis of the evacuation of the stadium in terms of regulatory compatibility with international regulatory norms of UEFA. The results are introduced at the Lviv stadium for the "Euro-2012" as the method of calculating the time of evacuation to a safe area. The novelty of the research is developing models and methods for calculating the evacuation time through a combination of systems analysis, decision theory, "SH method" and visual programming. In work the method of calculating the time evacuation of the upper and lower tiers in the safe zone which takes into account the density of human flow, speed, flow of human traffic in different parts of escape routes, the length of each section of the evacuation way, the average area of horizontal projection Rights width Land evacuation path so on.
