The object of the research - objects and phenomena of traditional folk culture in localities of Polisskyi and Chornobylskyi districts of Kyiv region, which are currently resettled to Volodarskyi and Vasylkivskyi districts, Kyiv region. The goal of research - formation of the multidisciplinary research and information fund as an optimum way of rescue and preservation of ethnocultural heritage of the injured Ukrainian Polissia region. The research methods - field collection of ethnographic, folk, art history and linguistic information in particular questioning, observation, interview, audio-, photo-, video fixation, analytical description. During the fieldworks (from 16th to 20th June 2012) about 250 respondents were interviewed, over 130 hours of audio recordings on historic and ethnographic information were obtained, over 800 photos and 19 hours of video recordings with historic and ethnographic information were captured, 104 items of museum value and 106 archive photo documents were collected that characterize the way of life of in-migrants from Polisskyi and Chornobylskyi districts, Kyiv region, as well as 21 analytical reviews on complex research directions were prepared.
