The technique for the account destructive influence of motor transportation means of various loading capacity on pavings is presented in the report. The technique is based on a basis of the analysis is elastic - deformed condition of pavement taking into account weight parameters of the car, a design of pavement and climatic factors. Use of a technique can be effective for restriction of transportation loads of the period of spring thawing of soil, for establishment of a payment for excess of permissible axial load for the purpose of maintenance necessary exspluatation qualities of the general road network, and also at determination of the sizes of a fare on private highways.
