The perfection of prophylaxis, diagnostic, treatment methods violation of adaptation of newborn's group of perynatal risk. popup.stage_title Head Kravchenko Olena Viktorivna, Registration Date 04-12-2015 Organization Higher state educational establishment of Ukraine "Bukovinian state mediсal university" popup.description2 Object of research: Primary placental dysfunction in pregnant women (291) in the first trimester of gestation. Perinatal pathology in newborns in the early neonatal period (100 children). The subject of the study: frequency, structure and causes of placental dysfunction, risk factors, condition of feto-placental complex. The purpose of the study. To develop methods of prevention and treatment of primary placental dysfunction based on the study of the pathogenesis of morphofunctional changes of decidua-trofoblast complex, indices of proteins and hormones of pregnancy, hemostasis, medical and genetic research. To improve areas of prevention, diagnosis and treatment of dysmetabolic disorders in newborns with signs of morphofunctional immaturity in perinatal pathology. Objectives of the study. 1. To conduct a retrospective analysis of risk factors of primary placental dysfunction in women with complicated first trimester of pregnancy and adverse obstetric history. 2. To examine the effect of primary placental dysfunction on the further course of pregnancy. 3. To explore indicators of hormonal status, pregnancy proteins in primary dysfunction of the placenta. 4. To study the indicators of hemostasis system in pregnant women with primary dysfunction of the placenta. 5. To study the morphological characteristics of decidua-trofoblast complex in primary placental dysfunction. 6. To determine the ultrasonographic features of primary dysfunction of the placenta in the first trimester of pregnancy. 7. To conduct a genetic investigation of women with primary placental dysfunction. 8. Theoretically substantiate the pathogenesis of the development of primary placental dysfunction in the first trimester of pregnancy. 9. To develop and implement differentiated approaches to the diagnosis of primary placental dysfunction in abnormal placement of the ovum in the first trimester of pregnancy. 10. To develop and implement differentiated methods of prevention of placental insufficiency in women at risk. 11. To develop and implement complex methods of treatment of primary placental dysfunction in women at risk. 12. To conduct a comprehensive study of homeostasis parameters in newborns with signs of morphofunctional immaturity in perinatal pathology. 13. To study the characteristics of homeostasis in newborns with signs of morphofunctional immaturity in perinatal pathology. 14. To explore the parameters of the functional state of the intestine in newborns disorders of adaptation in early neonatal period. 15. To develop ways of improving diagnostic and medical-preventive measures in infants with perinatal pathology. Research methods: Clinical-functional, statistical, biochemical, morphological, histochemical, genetic. Scientific originality of the received results: for the First time carried out a comprehensive study of protein-synthesis, hormonal, immunological functions, deciduo-trophoblast complex, as well as the role of the hemostatic system, antioxidant system, and genetic morphofunctional disorders in the development of primary placental dysfunction. First developed complex methods of correction of primary placental dysfunction and implemented differentiated, preconception preparation of the women high risk group. Improved diagnostics, treatment and prophylaxis of perinatal pathology on the basis of the study of homeostatic disorders in newborns with signs of morphofunctional immaturity. For the first time conducted research of the functional state of the intestine in infants with perinatal pathology, the ways of prevention and correction of violations.
