The basic principles and directions of the complex orthodontic treatment of adult men and women depending on their gender differences are framed. The combination therapy regimens for DFA in adults against the background of periodontitis, atherosclerosis and hypoestrogenism are developed, proved and tested in the clinic. It is proposed a new mathematical model of orthodontic treatment considering the state of bone; it is capable of optimizing the force acting on teeth and reinforcing the effectiveness of treatment. The orthodontic treatment protocol for adults including densimetric, echoosteometric, spectrocolorimetric, biochemical and biophysical research methods for additional control at the different stages is offered; it makes it possible to adjust tooth positioning more efficiently. A pharmaceutical treatment of chronic traumatic temporomandibular joint arthritis has been developed.
