The findings bring us to the conclusion that prescribing renin-angiotensin-aldosterone blockers to the patients who underwent surgery CABG contributes to the better left heart, myocardial left ventricular and the central hemodynamics remodeling, decreasing left heart pressure, left ventricular overload and improving the left ventricular diastolic function with a moderate decrease in the systolic function; this treatment regimen conduces to the survival of working-age men with ischemic heart disease as a widespread circulatory disease. There are optimized the treatment of postoperative cardiac arrhythmias, the prevention and reduction in the immediate and long-term effects of coronary artery bypass grafting with aneurysmectomy in patients with coronary heart disease and postinfarction cardiosclerosis by including lipid-lowering drugs to the comprehensive treatment.
