The work is aimed at substantiating and developing algorithms and programs for the pre-admission management of patients with the most common non-communicable diseases. Research methods: questionnaire survey, physical examination, general clinical research, laboratory and instrumental investigations. Cardiovascular disease and endocrine disorders are determined to be the main research areas. There were studied cardiovascular risk factors in healthy individuals and the patients with endocrine and rheumatic disorders, the correlation between intestinal dysbiosis and dyslipidemia accompanied by the development and progression of coronary heart disease, the pathology of the hepatobiliary system, the results of the pilot hypertension project implementation, the strategy for providing the pre-admission emergency care to patients with cardiovascular pathology and approaches to training family doctors in the world and Ukraine. We conducted a literature review, a patent information retrieval, a retrospective analysis of patient charts, clinical and laboratory examination of patients, the analysis of the findings and wrote articles. The algorithms for the pre-admission management of patients with the most common non-communicable diseases were built, the practical recommendations were developed. The findings are presented in the published papers, innovations, they are introduced into practice. The findings implementation and application in the medical practice will contribute to reducing the morbidity, disability duration, gaining health and cutting down costs for health care.
