Fundamental investigations of locomotor system was based on study of structural-fundamental state and metabolism of osseous tissue. This work was based on the analysis of examination results and treatment of more than 200 patients with manifestation of different forms of nephrogenic osteopathies that have been observed in SI "Institute of traumatology and orthopedics NAMS of Ukraine". In this work was applied the following methods of investigation: clinical, roentgenologic, biochemical, mathematical and statistical.
