The paper provided a brief description of the current state of the system, its structure, measurement of monitored parameters, estimation of measurement error. The causes need to create ASRS facilities in areas of deployment of a special control. Defined purpose and main features ASKRO HTSSK. The proposals on the composition, structure, description and characteristics of ASRS. The list and description of the components of the system are planned for its creation. The implementation of this work will perform all necessary monitoring functions performed by the old system, and many other, more reliability, accuracy, informativeness and efficiency. Established ASKRO provide documentation, storage, quality and fast processing of test results for tasks of high-tech automatic monitoring, if necessary, will easily build control points, easily adapt to existing and planned systems, supplemented by new parameters of control.
