Purpose - estimation in the remote period of a medico-demographic situation and condition of health of the inhabitants is most radioactive contaminated in result of Chernobyl catastrophe territories of Ukraine; a scientific substantiation of the recommendations on their improvement. Methods - demographic, sociological, mathematico-statistical, graphic, program-technological, personal computers.. Results.Is shown, that last years measures on to antiradiation protection practically were not carried out and socio economic revival is radioactive of the contaminated territories and settlements. The existing radioactive contaminated remains by the factor of an internal irradiation of the population at the increased levels at the expense of consumption of products of local manufacture, first of all, of milk and meat, and also wood mushrooms and berries. During 1991-2012 the reduction of a population of the country (-11.95), researched oblasts (-1.53 % - Rovno, -5.23 % - Zhitomir) and rayons (from -0.15 % (Manevichy) up to -76.56 % (Polesskoe) is marked. Only in two rayons (Kamen-Kashirskiy +8.08 %, the rate of growth 0.5 and Sarny +4.04 %, the rate of growth 0.02) took place its insignificant increase. The authentic reduction of birth rate in most contaminated Polesskoe, Luginy and Narodichy rayons is revealed. In the researched period the positive tendency on reduction of levels stillbirth and infant mortality is traced. In comparison with 1991 general mortality in Ukraine and in researched territories are kept at the increased levels. From researched it is radioactive of the contaminated rayons authentically above in five (Ivankov, Polesskoe, Narodichy, Ovruch, Luginy). In the period with 2000 for 2012 the parameters morbidity of the inhabitants of researched territories were worsened. In the Rovno oblast the growth general morbidity of the adult population (on 12.56 %), morbidity by illnesses of endocrine system and, first of all, thyroid gland (on 101.9 %) is marked. In Zhitomir oblast the levels morbidity by illnesses of endocrine system lower, than in Ukraine (р<0.05), but in comparison since 2000 the parameters have grown on 44.41 %. From researched is radioactive of the contaminated rayons the most essential growth of parameters morbidity of thyroid gland is revealed in Rokitne rayon and it authentically above, than in oblast and Ukraine (р<0,05), and Luginy rayons. The greatest levels morbidity of children by illnesses of bodies of digestion was in Sarny, Rokitne and Luginy rayons. The measures under the prevention of an internal irradiation of the inhabitants are offered is radioactive of the contaminated territories of Ukraine and list of medico-demographic parameters, which are expedient for using for acceptance of the optimum decisions on revival of the contaminated territories and preservation of health of the victims as a result of catastrophe in the remote period.
