Objective: To study the changes pro-, antioxidant systems, the functional state of gonadal system of irradiated rats under the influence of N-stearoilethanolamine. According to the results of experimental studies on matured rats of both sexes with the use of NSE in doses 10 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg before and after irradiation in doses 2,0 Gy and 6,0 Gy and used also in the combined action with stress, radiomodifying properties of the preparation were discovered. With the activity changes of catalase,superoxiddismutase, glutationperoxidase, the concentration of TBA-active products, of testosterone, estradiole,11-OKS radioprotective properties of NSE were found with introduction of the preparation in dose 50 mg/kg both before and after total body irradiation of sexually matured females rats in the dose 2,0 Gy. With males rats irradiation in the dose 6,0 Gy, emotional painful stress, combined action of these factors and introduction of NSE in the dose 10 mg/kg, the studied indices (the concentration of TBA-active products, catalase activity, the concentration of testosterone and nitrat-anion, hematological parameters of peripheral blood) showed radiomodifying action of the preparation (both radioprotective and radiosensibilyzing). Radioprotective properties of NSE were found in the study of functional state of males rats gonade system under its use in doses 10 mg/kg before and after combined action of ionizing radiation in dose 6,0 Gy and stress. Activity of catalase, glutationperoxidase, hematological indices in peripheral blood in rats of both sexes of the first generation from parents who were subjected to combined action of ionizing radiation in the dose 2,0 Gy and of N-stearoilethanolamine in the dose 50 mg/kg, introduced before and after irradiation, evidenced radiosensibilyzing properties of the preparation.
