Purpose - to assess a possible impact of anticancer treatments on appearance of second tumors for improving activities of prophylactic medical examination and monitoring of cancer patients. Research methods - methods of parametric and non-parametric statistics, multivariate statistical analysis, technology of search for hidden knowledge, actuarial calculations. Theoretical and practical results - The mathematical analysis of late results of treatment of malignant tumors by chemotherapy in combination with one course of radiotherapy was performed. It was proved statistically that a majority patients without negative late consequences got a neoadjuvant chemotherapy. These patients during chemotherapy had more severe complications in hemopoetic system. The drugs administered to these patients had a higher emetogenic potential. It is found out that among schemes of chemotherapy without anthracyclines, the most successful were results of treatment on the scheme of "F + leukovorin". The effect of anthracyclines is strengthened by platinum-based drugs: a chance of appearance of the second tumors after the treatment by anthracyclines without platinum was 0.58, by platinum-based drugs without anthracyclines - 1.16, without both groups of preparations - 1.88. Novelty - For the first time the ability of anti-tumor antibiotics to reduce the probability of occurrence of second tumors by a factor of about 1,5 times was proven. Also, "CAМF" scheme was found to be more dangerous regarding the appearance of the second tumors in compare to "CAF" scheme that verifies the carcinogenic effect of methotrexates. The effectiveness of the implementation - The obtained results allow developing appropriate measures to prevent induced tumors that enhance the quality of life and reduce the cost of treatment.
