Therefore, the development of analytical instruments for the needs of industry and health is an urgent task. The scientific and practical novelty of the research lies in the fact that the first team STR: 1. A sketch documentation and scale-model compact multipurpose refractometer based on surface plasmon resonance; 2. studied small-sized multi-purpose refractometer based on surface plasmon resonance processes of aggregation of blood cells in various diseases, such as traumatic brain injury, different grade gliomas and metastatic cancer in the brain; 3. The small-sized multipurpose refractometer was studied using surface plasmon resonance and verapamil opportunities ketamine to achieve antitumor effect considering the mechanism of action of these channel blockers in brain gliomas; 4. The optical characteristics of the adhesive photopolymer compositions and engine oil using compact multipurpose refractometer based on the surface plasmon resonance; 5. Develop laboratory work on the exploration and use of the phenomenon of surface plasmon resonance for the scientific, Analytical Instrumentation and environmental monitoring (total of three laboratory work).
