Synthesis of nanopowders; 2. Application to the surface of micron powders of aluminum alloy; 3. Preparation of nanocomposites by heat extrusion, vacuum impregnation and ligature. Performed the systematic analysis of the thermodynamic interaction intensity most used standard aluminum casting alloys with promising hardeners for use as fillers in aluminum based hybrid composites. The thermodynamic calculations are performed and thermodynamically stable high dispersed particles to aluminum alloys, depending on the content of the main alloying elements: Patterns of interfacial interactions of nanopowders Mo, W, Zr, Ni powders and aluminum-based melts by simultaneous thermal analysis were experimentally investigated. Technology for producing nano oxides and carbides of transition and refractory metals (Mo, Zr, Ti, W) by the electric method are improved , optimal technological modes of nanopowder production developed. The phase composition and thermophysical properties of the produced nanopowders were investigated. The technology of nanopowders fixing directly on the surface of aluminum matrix alloy powder by thermochemical with formation of nano-microgranules (aluminum powder - nanoparticles) is developed that prevents agglomeration of nanosized particles prior to their introduction into the aluminum matrix. Three technological schemes of ligature method to involve the nano-dispersed particles in aluminum melts are developed: a) Preparation of aluminum based nanomicrogranules powders; b) Disolution of supersaturated solid solutions (Al2,5Zr)in aluminum, obtained by spraying the melt with water; c) Synthesis of nano-dispersed particles directly into the aluminum melts due to reaction of salt systems (NiAc, K2ZrF6, ZrOCl2). The method for impregnation of a nano-micropellets melts based on aluminum, produces nanoscale CM hardeners in an amount up to 3%.
