Kyrdyumov Institute for Metall Physics of N.A.S. of Ukraine popup.description2 It was found that non-monotonic changes of thermal stability (Tx1) and the dependence of the magnetic properties of new energy efficient amorphous alloys of Fe B Si P Cu M system (M = C, Nb, Co, Al) depend on the doping level and the ratio of metalloids in the alloy. It was shown that the addition of Co and Al improve the properties of glass forming ability of alloys, and cobalt, as well as the carbon increase induction B8000. The maximum values (1.68 T) of this principal characteristics was obtained for the nanocrystalline alloy Fe82,5B12P2Si1,5Cu1Al0,5C0,5 after annealing at Ta = 685-730 K and minimum core losses on the magnetization (P10/400 = 1,7 W/kg) and the maximum initial permeability at 1 kHz ( i = 6100) for the alloy Fe83,5B7,5Si0,5P7,5Cu1. These characteristics are twice higher in comparison with the best anisotropic magnetic steel E330.
