Objective: determine neuropsychiatric, psychophysiological and neuropsychological characteristics of cognitive function, gene expression and telomere length in groups unified by age and dose. Methods: clinical, immunological. The psychopathological symptomatology with cognitive function decrease to the level of light deficiency on the ground of TERF1, TERF2 gene overexpression and TERT hypoerexpression, increase of parameter of the relative telomere length as well as changes cell immunity parameters that in all groups of liquidators of the Chernobyl NPP accident are observed. The decrease of verbal intellect, which correlates with bioelectrical brain activity, on a ground of cellular immunity disorder in the exposed persons in utero and in early childhood as a result of the accident at the Chernobyl NPP are found.
