Aim of work: to research the features of nutrition and food status, state of motivations, to the adequate food conduct and to physical activity of children of middle school age, who constantly live on territories contaminated with radionuclides as a result of Chernobyl accident and in Kyiv. Research methods: medical questionnaire; clinical; anthropometric; spectral dynamic; statistical. For report period covered set features of nutrition and the hygienically estimation of quality of nutrition, food status, level of functional reserve of organism and degree of motivations, is given to the adequate food conduct and to physical activity of children of middle school age, which constantly live on radio-active contaminated territories and in Kyiv. It is inspected 1963 children (980 boys and 983 girls). It is conducted the estimation of food status with determination of level of physical development, certain phenotypical features of vitamin deficiency. The indexes of functional possibilities of the cardio-vascular system of children of middle school age retimed after the index of Rufie, that the level of physical capacity as "middle" prevailed - for 501 children (25,5 %) and "below middle" - in 556 children (28,3 %).
