As a result of complex study of at-surgery scrapings from resected ovarian tumors and examination of the materials of ascetic and pleural fluids there have been revealed various cytomorphological patterns of their malignant, benign and border-line forms, and were determined characteristic underlying, cellular and structural features of serous, mucinous and endometrioid types. For the first time there have been revealed objective cytological features of malignant and benign ovarian neoplasma which provided the basis for creation of a special Table designed for their more effective cytological diagnostics at all stages of patient’s examination. The performed cytogenetic studies allowed determine the patterns of tumor proliferation and malignization important for evaluation of ovarian cancer course and the disease prognosis. The use of a number of monoclonal antibodies allowed to perform identification of nosological forms of ovarian tumors and to determine tumor process prevalence by the materials of serous effusions. The result of researches wide spread in conference, seminars reports and speciality journals. They are recommended for useing in cytology diagnostic by determination of patients wich ovarian neoplasma on all stages of examination, include operation, which will promote improve treatment and prognosis effectivity.
