Purpose of work: improve the efficiency of surgical methods, sent to the improvement of life quality of patients with malignant uterine tumours, by development of methods of prophylaxis of complications of complex treatment. Research methods: clinical, laboratory, radiological, endoscopic, instrumental, pathomorphological and statistical. The basic groups of complications of treatment of patients with malignant uterine tumours were: lymphatic drainage, urologial, systemic disorders due to surgical menopause, tromboembolic; risk factors. The multimodal program FTS, which include preoperative preparation, features of operative technique and postoperative management of patients. The oncogynaecological department implemented a technique of nerve sparing extended hysterectomy in patients with malignant uterine tumours. Previous results confirm perspective of this research: the amount of complications decreased, the quality of patient's life improved, treatment was fertility sparing. The results of this research were implemented in the National cancer institute, in the Kyiv, Khmelnytsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Ternopil regional and the Dnipropetrovsk town oncologic hospitals.
