These materials concerned of: -research methods of pollution of the Black Sea estuaries and surrounding areas were collected, processed and saved on a new level; - pollution of lagoons silts (by pesticides, heavy metals and biological contaminants), which can be used as raw material for the manufacture of prospective effective therapeutic and cosmetic tools. Information on the primary means of avoiding of anthropogenic pollution of investigated estuaries geoecosystems was summarized. Expeditions to the Black Sea estuaries (Great Adzhalykskyy, Tylyguls'kiy, Hadzhybeyivskyy, Kuyalnyk) were carried out. Samples of bottom sediments, including silt, perspective for use as a natural raw material for effective therapeutic and cosmetic tools were selected. Grain, chemical, X-ray analyzes of selected samples were done.
